Devotion is simply love, and love I can do.

A guiding principle in one of my favorite English classes was “politics is pervasive.” Nearly everything that we do is inherently political, including recording history.

I am doing a lot of things that I don’t know how to do. This doesn’t mean I’m not capable, but there is no guide laid out in front of me.
